Yes. Our master jewellers handcraft every engagement ring in our London workshop. From initial sketch to final polish, the entire process is completed under one roof, giving us full control over quality and allowing us to accommodate bespoke requests at every stage.
Absolutely. Our Safaya showroom is open for private consultations by appointment. We also offer virtual appointments via video call, where our specialists walk you through diamonds, settings, and designs in real time — the same personal service, wherever you are.
Most bespoke rings are completed within 3–4 weeks from design approval. Complex commissions may take slightly longer. We keep you updated with progress photos throughout and can accommodate rush orders when needed.
